Return Policy
Seven-day Appreciation Period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers who have made communications transactions (such as online shopping) can return goods unconditionally in their original packaging within seven days after receiving the goods. However, customer need to bear the shipping costs of sending the goods back.
In-store returns
The seven-day appreciation period usually do not apply to purchases in physical stores. However, if you hesitate about San Yu Tang products you purchased, please come to our store to return them. Please note that we only accept returns, no exchanges.
Return conditions :
- Keep the product intact: The returned product must be in new condition, also including the packaging, accessories, gifts if accompany with the purchase.
- Please prepare the following for return: the original invoice or receipt, the original payment tool and the signed sheet.
- No signs of use: If the product is used, damaged or improperly stored, it may affect the return rights.
- Non-special products: Customized products and gift boxes may not be subject to return regulations. Please contact the store staffs in advance.
Refund
The refund will depend on your payment ways. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. For example, credit card payment will be refunded in store directly, online credit card payment and LINE Pay payment will be refunded only after the bank has offset it.

We kindly remind you to avoid purchasing Sanyutang tea products from other channels to damage to your rights! If you have any questions, please call us or write to the customer service mailbox. If you purchase on the official website or other online platforms, please return the goods in accordance with the regulations of the platform or external channels, the Consumer Protection Act, the Fair-Trade Act, or the Executive Yuan’s standardization contract and other relevant regulations. Sanyutang brand has the right to interpret the above-mentioned instructions, regulations, etc., and reserves the right to adjust the announcement at any time without further notice. |
