Japanese Dr. Tsushida discovered that fresh tea leaves will produce gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) during the anaerobic fermentation process since 1984 and then developed to GABA tea.

GABA is a natural amino acid and an important neurotransmitter in the brain which can help to relax nerves system, reduce blood lipids, and prevent high blood pressure, and also is a new type of tea has emerged in Taiwan in recent years. According to Japanese commercialization standards: the minimum standard for GABA tea is that every 100g of dry tea should contain at least 150mg of GABA content.

The GABA tea carefully selected by Sanyutang is made from Jinxuan tea leaves grown using natural farming methods and anaerobic fermentation technology. The tea is golden in color, smooth in taste and with a fruity aroma. The fruity aroma is stronger after being brewed in a tea pot. Our GABA tea contents GABA reach of 220mg to 240mg of each 100g of dry tea. It is a new generation of health tea that combines quality and taste, and is very suitable for busy modern people.
